Purchasing
It's easy to order online! Please feel free to explore our online jewelry store to find and purchase fine diamond jewelry and watches. Just open our catalog and select one of the categories or select one of categories located on the left side of your screen. Then browse through our jewelry collection until you find the item you wish to purchase. You may also find items by using the Search facility. You need to enter any keywords into the search input box or search items by price, category, material and stones. The search results will be listed in order by closest match.
After you have found the item you wish to purchase click on the "Add to Cart" link or button and the item will be added to "Your shopping cart". The number of added items and your order total will be displayed in the "Your shopping" box. You can add or remove items in your personal shopping cart at any time. Selections will stay there for as many days as you like. You can compare several selected items at a time or you may simply keep items there for future jewelry purchase. To remove items from "Your shopping cart" open the shopping cart and simply click the "Remove" button for that item or click the "Empty cart" button if you want to remove all items in "Your shopping" at once. If you would like to order more than one of an item which is currently in "Your shopping cart", simply enter the new quantity amount into the quantity input box and Your shopping cart will refresh, the quantities will be updated and your order total will be adjusted accordingly.
Once you are finished shopping and are ready to proceed to the checkout, just click on "Process" button in "Your shopping cart" and fill in all required information. If you wish to include a postcard select the option "Yes" and type the message you would like us to print on your postcard in the text box "Postcard message". Or let us know about your special wishes concerning your order leaving your message in the text box "Message". If you are ready with filling in the needed information click on "Check Out" button and you will be transferred to the PayPal "Billing Information" page. Please follow the instructions of PayPal system to make your payment.
Returns
We want you to be pleased with your GiftToArmenia.com purchase. However, if you're not absolutely 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase and decide to return it, please call us at phone number 00 374 10 000 000 Monday to Fryday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. within 14 days of receiving the item. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged. If you do not have any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process, please contact our customer service.
In the unfortunate event you receive an item with a defect, or the wrong item, we'll be happy to repair it, replace it or refund your money. Simply notify us by e-mail immediately and follow the same return process as outlined in the above paragraph.
Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your GiftToArmenia.com purchase for another selection, provided the first purchase is returned within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you full credit, which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice.
Refunds
We will issue you a full refund less disbursements charged by PayPal. Shipping fees are not reimbursable as well. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
